Project Background: The Lufeng 22‑1 oilfield is a redevelopment project, with a total of four development wells planned. Subsea wellheads will be used for production, and the drilling and completion operations are scheduled to be carried out using a semi‑submersible drilling rig capable of operating at a water depth of 1,500 feet. Prior to the rig’s completion operations, an engineering vessel will be deployed to install subsea Christmas trees and four pilot guide bases (PGBs) for the four wells. Additionally, in accordance with operational requirements, the engineering vessel will serve as a backup platform for retrieving LBL beacons. This Implementation Plan has been specifically developed for the “Engineering Vessel Services for Subsea Christmas Tree and PGB Installation at the Lufeng 22‑1 Oilfield” project.
High-precision navigation and positioning services across all sea areas
Background of the Fenghua 21 Vessel GNSS Navigation System Installation Project: The Fenghua 21 is China’s first purpose-built vessel dedicated to laying submarine optical cables, equipped with a Kongsberg DP2 dynamic positioning system. To enable the ship to operate using a standalone GNSS navigation system, our company implemented a technical solution and provided installation services that integrate the HYPOS high-precision GNSS receiver and the GN150 unit, delivering DP and navigational GNSS positioning capabilities. Shenzhen Haiyi supplied all necessary GNSS navigation and positioning equipment, tools, materials, and an installation team. Over the course of one week, we successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the system, enabling parallel operation alongside the vessel’s existing GPS navigation and positioning system. This solution allows the customer to freely select their preferred signal source for navigation and positioning, earning high praise from the client.
