With a technical team led by experts from the Guangdong Provincial Science & Technology Advisory Expert Database, our core business encompasses the R&D and sales of GNSS High-Precision Global Satellite Navigation and Positioning Systems (DGNSS) and GNSS+ series smart marine/land products. We provide integrated solutions and services for marine/land positioning, navigation, and intelligent security engineering based on GNSS high-precision global satellite navigation and positioning technology.
Key Achievements:
1. Installation and retrofit of GNSS equipment for the Fenghua 21 and Fenghua 23 vessels’ navigation and DP systems, along with provision of high-precision, full‑sea‑area positioning services via GNSS differential signals.
2. Offshore Oil 691 and Offshore Oil 660: Modification of the GNSS satellite signal receiving equipment for the vessels’ dynamic positioning (DP) systems;
3. Acquisition and survey of nearshore geomorphological data in the South China Sea;
4. Survey services for pipeline routing in the extremely shallow waters of Hengqin, utilizing unmanned surface vessels;
5. Post‑protection project for an optical cable in a certain sea area of the South China Sea;
6. Protection Project for the Crossing Point of China Mobile’s Optical Cable and CNOOC’s Subsea Natural Gas Pipeline;
7. Post-Protection Services Project for the Southern Network Western Section of the China–UK Submarine Optical Cable:
8. Guangdian Institute – Offshore operations services in shallow-water areas for the 2024–2025 full-line enhanced protection project of the 500 kV Fuxu II Line submarine cable;
9. CNOOC LF22-1 and LH4-1 subsea tree installation services;
10. Renovation and installation services for the living wastewater treatment system of the drilling platform;
11. Domestication and Retrofit Project for the Variable-Frequency Control Cabinet of the Anchor Winch on Offshore Oil Vessel No. 278;
12. Offshore emergency repair services for CNOOC Engineering’s vessels;
13. Procurement, specialized equipment rental, and technical services for the CNOOC Engineering Saudi cable‑laying project;
Key achievements: Retrofit and installation services for GNSS ‑based navigation and DP systems on vessels under FiberHome Communications; seabed topography data acquisition and surveying in the South China Sea; post‑installation cable protection projects in the South China Sea; protection works at crossing points between China Mobile’s optical cables and CNOOC’s subsea natural gas pipelines; provision of high‑precision GNSS differential positioning services across all maritime areas; installation of wellhead Christmas trees at CNOOC’s LF22‑1 and LH4‑1 wells; renovation and installation of domestic wastewater treatment systems on drilling rigs; retrofit of GNSS satellite signal receiving equipment for the DP systems of vessels 691 and 660 under CNOOC Services; topographic and bathymetric surveying of pipeline routes in the ultra‑shallow waters off Hengqin, conducted using unmanned surface vehicles; procurement, specialized equipment rental, and technical services for CNOOC Engineering’s cable‑laying project in Saudi Arabia.
