Our company has developed numerous high‑quality underwater installation solutions, providing technical support for the installation of subsea structures and large‑scale underwater equipment. Solution Example:

Hayi provided the project with a project manager, a technical manager, an on-site chief commander, and an operations team. Over a total period of 18 days, despite challenging winter sea conditions characterized by average wave heights exceeding 2.5 meters, Hayi successfully completed ship-loading, equipment commissioning, and on-site installation as scheduled, safely and smoothly executing the installation of four production trees and the PGB in a single operation.

The Lufeng 22‑1 oilfield is a redevelopment project, with a total of four development wells planned. Subsea wellheads will be used, and the drilling and completion operations are scheduled to be carried out using a semi‑submersible drilling rig capable of operating in water depths of 1,500 feet. Prior to the rig’s arrival for completion, an engineering vessel will be deployed to install subsea production trees and four pilot guide bases (PGBs) across the four wells. Additionally, in accordance with operational requirements, the engineering vessel will serve as a backup option for retrieving the LBL beacons.

This implementation plan has been specially prepared for the “Service Vessel Project for the Subsea Tree and PGB Installation at the Lufeng 22-1 Oilfield.”
