Leveraging its extensive experience in marine surveying, the company is capable of providing comprehensive services for marine engineering surveys.

Navigation and positioning services

Service Scope: The GNSS Satellite Navigation System (hereinafter referred to as the GNSS System) is an essential national spatiotemporal infrastructure independently developed and operated by China to meet the needs of national security and socio-economic development. Building on this foundational service, Haiyi has independently developed the HYPOS® GNSS High-Precision Global Satellite Navigation and Positioning System, which can be widely deployed on marine engineering vessels, platforms, and other offshore facilities, providing high-precision navigation and positioning services for applications such as marine engineering, offshore oil exploration, oilfield development, and marine energy exploitation. Solution Example: The Fenghua 21 is China’s first dedicated vessel designed for submarine optical cable laying, equipped with a Kongsberg DP2 dynamic positioning system. To enable the ship to use a single‑source GNSS navigation system, Haiyi implemented a technical solution and installation service utilizing the HYPOS® GNSS high‑precision signal receiver and the GN150 module, thereby providing both DP functionality and GNSS‑based navigation and positioning. Haiyi supplied all necessary GNSS navigation and positioning equipment, tools, and materials, along with an installation team. The entire process took one week, successfully completing the installation and commissioning of the new system in parallel with the vessel’s existing GPS navigation and positioning system. This solution allowed the customer to freely select their preferred signal source for navigation and positioning, earning high praise from the client.

Subsea tree installation

Haiyi specializes in a wide range of specialized, high‑complexity underwater construction services, with deep expertise in marine and aquatic engineering. Backed by mature construction technologies and an experienced operations team, the company is well‑equipped to meet diverse underwater construction needs across sectors such as marine infrastructure, maritime communications, and water‑resource maintenance, ensuring project safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance throughout the entire process. Grounded in challenging underwater operating conditions, Haiyi overcomes formidable technical hurdles—including high hydrostatic pressure, strong ocean currents, and complex seabed topography—while leveraging standardized construction procedures and a meticulous control system to deliver high‑quality underwater engineering solutions.

Procurement Services

The company is an authorized distributor of Jotun and CSSC Xiamen Shuangrui marine coatings. Over the years, it has supplied a wide range of coatings, drilling tools and equipment, and maintenance materials to the marine and petrochemical industries. Its key clients include CNOOC Services’ Drilling Division, Geophysical Exploration Division, and Shipping Division, as well as Mawei Shipyard and SK Oil, among others.

Protection of Subsea Pipelines and Cables After Installation

Subsea pipelines and cables—including oil and gas pipelines, as well as power and communication cables—serve as the “major arteries” of energy transmission and information connectivity. Once laid on the seabed, they frequently encounter complex and severe environmental challenges. Consequently, protection engineering is a critical component for ensuring their long-term safe and stable operation, with core objectives being to prevent mechanical damage, mitigate environmental hazards, and maintain structural integrity.

Navigation and positioning services

Shenzhen Haiyi Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd., based on its foresight into the future direction of navigation and positioning services for marine engineering, and leveraging the company’s extensive technical expertise and experience in high‑precision marine navigation and positioning, has independently developed the HYPOS® GNSS High‑Precision Global Satellite Navigation and Positioning System. The system’s GNSS receivers deliver positioning services worldwide, achieving accuracy as high as 10 cm under the B2B PPP mode; in GNSS differential mode, horizontal accuracy reaches the centimeter level, with vertical accuracy no greater than 10 cm. With stable and reliable data performance, the system can be widely deployed on marine engineering vessels, offshore platforms, and other maritime facilities, providing high‑precision navigation and positioning support for applications such as marine engineering, offshore oil exploration, oilfield development, and marine energy exploitation.
