Navigation and positioning services

The Global Navigation Satellite System (hereinafter referred to as GNSS) is a vitalnational space-time infrastructure independently constructed and operated to meet the needs of national security and economic and social development. Based on this foundational service, Haiyi has independently developed HYPOS® The GNSS High-Precision Global Satellite Navigation and Positioning System can be widely deployed on marine engineering vessels, platforms, and other offshore facilities, providing high-accuracy navigation and positioning services for applications such as marine engineering, offshore oil exploration, oilfield development, and marine energy exploitation.

Case:

The Fenghua 21 is China’s first purpose-built vessel dedicated to submarine optical cable‑laying operations, equipped with a Kongsberg DP2 dynamic positioning system. To enable the ship to operate using a Full-constellation Satellite Navigation System, it has been outfitted with Haiyi equipment. HYPOS ^® The GNSS high‑precision signal receiver and the GN150 provide ships with a technical solution and installation services for DP and navigation‑positioning using GNSS. Haiyi supplied all GNSS navigation‑positioning equipment, tools, and materials, along with an installation team; the entire project took one week to complete, successfully integrating and commissioning the system for parallel operation alongside the vessel’s existing GPS navigation‑positioning system. This enabled customers to freely select their preferred signal source for navigation and positioning, earning high praise from the client.
