Navigation and positioning services

Shenzhen Haiyi Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd., based on its forecast of the development trends in marine engineering navigation and positioning services and leveraging the company’s extensive technical expertise and experience in high-precision marine navigation and positioning, has independently developed HYPOS. ® The GNSS High-Precision Global Satellite Navigation and Positioning System. Its GNSS receivers deliver positioning services worldwide, achieving accuracy of up to 10 cm in the B2bPPP mode; in GNSS differential mode, horizontal accuracy can reach the centimeter level, with vertical accuracy no greater than 10 cm. The system provides stable and reliable data, making it suitable for widespread deployment on marine engineering vessels, platforms, and other offshore facilities, thereby offering high‑precision navigation and positioning services for applications such as marine engineering, offshore oil exploration, oilfield development, and marine energy exploitation.

Example of high-precision maritime positioning services across all sea areas:

Haiyi Company was responsible for supplying and installing two sets of the GNSS High‑Precision Global Satellite Navigation and Positioning System (DGNSS) on the vessel “Fenghua‑21.” In addition to the ship’s existing DGPS1 and DGPS2 differential navigation and positioning systems, two new DGNSS1 and DGNSS2 GNSS high‑precision differential navigation and positioning systems were added to serve as the positioning signal source for the vessel’s DP2 dynamic positioning system. The DGPS and DGNSS positioning systems are mutually interchangeable. Installation of the GNSS high‑precision global satellite navigation and positioning system equipment commenced on July 11, 2022, with a mobilization ceremony held at the Zhuhai Fenghua Communications Co., Ltd. dock, and was completed in its entirety on July 14, 2022. The two DGNSS1 and DGNSS2 units installed by Haiyi Company were mounted aboard the “Fenghua‑21,” and following testing by Haiyi’s project manager and inspection by the ship’s master, the equipment was confirmed to be safe and reliable, with the system operating normally.
