“Enhancing the capacity to ensure the secure supply of strategic resources” is a clear mandate put forward at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. As of January 2023, the first station of the West-to-East Gas Pipeline has cumulatively delivered over 320 billion cubic meters of natural gas to the pipeline network, bringing “good fortune” to 15 provinces and municipalities along the route, benefiting 400 million residents and more than 3,000 enterprises.
